Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The return requirements:
- The goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All unopened items that need to be returned or exchanged should be processed within 30 days from the date of signature. After the return is received and confirmed to be correct, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
- If you need to return or exchange the entire order, please make sure to return all the items in the current order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).
Non-returnable product:
Special offer promotion products, customized products and any other items marked on the product page as not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return and exchange shipping fees:
1. If you find any quality issues with the product after receiving it, we will accept the return of this product after providing the relevant package. And we will bear the shipping cost at the time of sending.
2. If you find that the product has been sent wrongly after receiving the goods, please contact us and provide your tracking number. After verification and confirmation that the goods were sent wrongly, you can choose to return or exchange the goods, and we will bear the shipping cost incurred from the return or exchange.
3. When returns are not caused by quality issues or the buyer's own reasons, the buyer shall bear the postage for the return of the goods and the shipping cost for re-sending.
How to return or exchange goods?
Return or Exchange request: Please contact our customer service at info@nexacule.com. first to make a return or exchange request. We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send a list of the goods you need to return or exchange along with the products and return them to the address in the return or exchange confirmation email.
If you return the goods by untraceable express delivery, our company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misdelivery of the goods. We appreciate your understanding.
Return and exchange process:

Refund Method:
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you within 1 to 3 working days and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the payment will be automatically refunded through the original payment method:
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and record the refund. A refund usually takes 6 to 8 working days to arrive in your account. The exact arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank.
